Terms of Service

These terms define how services are delivered and what both parties can expect during an engagement.

The goal of these terms is simple: remove ambiguity, set clear expectations, and keep projects moving without unnecessary friction.

01

Services

Celvencia provides productized and custom digital services including websites, landing pages, conversion improvements, automation systems, and ongoing support. The exact scope depends on the selected package or written agreement.

02

Scope and deliverables

Each engagement is defined by the package description, proposal, or confirmed scope. Deliverables, timelines, revisions, and support vary by service. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional time, cost, or approval.

03

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content, approvals, and necessary access. Delays in these inputs may impact delivery timelines or require rescheduling.

04

Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates based on normal workflow and active client participation. Delays caused by missing inputs, third-party tools, or external factors are not the responsibility of Celvencia.

05

Revisions and changes

Reasonable revisions within scope may be included depending on the service. Requests that significantly alter structure, functionality, or direction may be treated as additional work.

06

Payments

Payments may be required upfront, in milestones, or via subscription depending on the service. Work is scheduled only after payment is received. Services may be paused if payments remain outstanding.

07

Subscriptions and support

Recurring services renew based on the billing cycle until cancelled. Support is limited to the scope defined in the relevant plan. Major changes or redesigns are not included unless explicitly agreed.

08

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables as defined in the agreement. Third-party tools, assets, and software remain under their respective licenses. Celvencia retains rights to internal frameworks, methods, and systems.

09

Third-party services

Projects may depend on external tools such as hosting, payments, analytics, or automation platforms. Celvencia is not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers.

10

Limitation of liability

Services are provided with reasonable care but without guarantees of specific business outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, to the extent permitted by law.

11

Termination

Celvencia may pause or terminate services in cases of non-payment, inactivity, or breach of terms. Clients may end future work, but completed work and reserved capacity remain chargeable.
