01

Who this applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Celvencia website, contact forms, booking links, client onboarding, payment coordination, and service delivery workflows. It is intended to explain how Celvencia handles personal data in practice for both local and international enquiries.

02

Business identity and contact

Celvencia is the business name used on this website and for related services. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@celvencia.com. If a proposal, invoice, or signed agreement includes additional contracting details, those details apply alongside this notice for that engagement.

03

Information collected

Depending on how you interact with the site, Celvencia may collect your name, email address, company or business details, website URL, project requirements, scheduling information, onboarding responses, communication history, and limited billing or transaction status details from payment providers. Card numbers and full payment credentials are not stored directly by Celvencia.

04

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, deliver services, coordinate payments, provide support, maintain internal records, prevent misuse, and improve operations. Where optional analytics are enabled, limited website interaction data may also be used to understand site performance and conversion flow.

05

Legal basis and operational basis

Celvencia processes information where it is necessary to answer your request, take steps before entering a contract, perform a service agreement, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention or record keeping, or rely on consent where consent is the appropriate basis for optional analytics or marketing-related tracking.

06

Tools, processors, and service providers

Celvencia may use third-party providers for scheduling, payments, form handling, analytics, communication, cloud storage, hosting, and workflow automation. These providers process data only as needed for their role in service delivery or website operations.

07

Cookies and analytics

Essential site functions may use basic browser storage where needed for performance or user experience. Optional analytics or marketing tags are only intended to run after a visitor accepts them through the site's consent prompt. If analytics are not enabled in the site configuration, no optional analytics tags are loaded. You can decline optional analytics and you can reset your saved cookie choice at any time from this page.

08

Data sharing

Celvencia does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, contractors directly involved in delivery, or legal authorities where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary for service performance, compliance, or protection of rights.

09

International transfers

Because some providers operate internationally, personal data may be processed or stored outside your country. Where cross-border processing occurs, Celvencia relies on provider terms, contractual protections, and practical safeguards appropriate to the tools being used.

10

Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for enquiry handling, active service delivery, support, record keeping, legal compliance, dispute handling, and basic business archives. Different records may be retained for different periods depending on the service, legal requirement, or whether a client relationship was formed.

11

Your rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where consent is used. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data protection authority. Requests can be sent to hello@celvencia.com and will be reviewed in line with applicable law and operational obligations.

12

Security and children

Reasonable technical and organisational steps are taken to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, misuse, or loss. However, no online system is completely secure. This website and services are not intentionally directed to children.
